So yesterday I had the idea to do a little photo shoot with our sweet little angel, since she didn't get to go berry picking with us, and therefore we didn't get any cute pictures of her. It started when I noticed she had abandoned her baby buggy over by the front flower bed...
I thought it looked so adorable and vintagey just sitting there. Wouldn't it be great if she could stand by it and I could get a good shot? Even after bribing her with a sucker (organic of course), this was the best I could get...
Not so great, I know. You see, my little Caighton is not very fond of having her picture taken. So in we went for lunch...
Silly me, I thought having this very active baby contained in her high chair for a few minutes would give me the opportunity to take at least a few good pictures...
Err, maybe just one...
Sometimes the best laid plans, well, just don't work out...
So that ends our photo shoot of sweet little Caighton. Let's just say, the mission was scrapped for a better day!
I wanted to end this post by thanking everyone for their lovely comments and emails of encouragement about my SHOP opening up. It warms my heart that there are such kind and generous women out there that I can call my friends. Thank you a million times over...

Even if you didn't get the photos you hoped for, little Caighton still looks sweet & adorable:) Love her cute lil' cheeks...makes me miss my girls being "babies".

that is too funny that she doesn't like the camera. usually little girls do, it's the boys who run. well at least you enjoyed lunch together.

I just love when you get those kinds of photos...they're the ones you remember...I know I can recall many a photo when my lil' one just didn't want his picture taken...but I can't remember the ones that he smiled in quite as much.
