Hi! I wanted to share some flea market finds with you today and how I use them for simple Summer entertaining.
Currently, I have everything I need for a quick and easy Summer dinner party corralled in the French drying rack I bought from Maria a few months ago...I let that be the center piece on my dining room table as I love all of the individual items themselves.
I've placed one of my vintage burlap sacks under it for a rustic Summer table setting look...
I bought these great vintage glasses and the blue striped linen towel at the flea market over the weekend from a new favorite booth of mine, The Frenchman's Wife. These glasses are perfect for wine or water so they are very versatile.
Of course, I never pass up a good deal on ironstone plates either!
...with vintage silverware, an ironstone plate, and a versatile little glass you have the perfect elements for a simple but elegant Summer table setting!
...oh, and vintage tart tins make wonderful votive holders...
I have a large, contained spot in my garden where I just let the mint grow like crazy and that way I have bunches and bunches of it to use all Summer long. It is very long lasting in a vase, super easy to grow and the bright green color brightens up any spot I place it in around my home!
Happy week to all of you!!!
Tracey
