Happy New Week!
I'd like to start out by thanking everyone who left a comment {and those who emailed me} on my last post! It was just so fun to read what everyone is collecting right now!!
We really have had no snow here in the Chicagoland area yet this winter, which is just crazy! But, somehow I seem to still have a case of the winter doldrums.
So I have started adding just a touch of spring around the house! A little pick-me-up for when you enter a room...
Halena's room received some pretty pink hyacinths...LOVE how they smell! I also tucked a few vintage botanical prints around the large frame in her room, to give that spring feeling to this corner. I love using botanical prints for a pop of spring inspiration, when fresh flowers aren't as readily available {not much to choose from at the grocery store right now!}.
{reflection from the mirror...}
Have a great day!!!
Tracey

I love your little touches of spring tucked here and there. So sweet!
I'm so ready for spring. Like you, we haven't had much in the way of snow this winter but I'm wanting a bit of green to replace the gloomy brown outside.
Now you've got me dreaming of spring, too, Tracey. Such a perfect vignette. The botanical prints have just the right pop of color, and those pink hyacinths are gorgeous. I adore their shade of pink. Counting the days til spring...
Oh-My-Gah I'm so ready for Spring.
I can almost smell the blossoms from your photos.

Hello Dearest, I went to invite You to my first giveaway (I would say the inaugural! ... My blog has been online for three months but I never "officially" the thing).
I'll be waiting

I love your touches of spring. Your photos are gorgeous. I can't even allow myself to think about spring yet. We are going through a very cold spot in our winter and I know spring is long, long way off here in MN. I have to stay focused on making the house seem cozy and warm and snuggle in. The cold weather is not stoping me from looking at seed catalogs and planning my garden though! You can never be too prepared, right!
Such lovely images and items.
Loving your notecards like that, Tracey... xv
What beautiful photos! Those pretty purple bottles are divine. Perfect pastel dreams.
Tracey,
Helena's room looks heavenly. love how the pastel pink touches complement the whites.
although we haven't had any snow in this part of italy this winter i'm anyway ready for spring.
